Each piece is created after your order – from handcrafting the sculpture to the resin pouring and curing process, which requires extended time to fully set. This ensures your artwork is unique, durable, and safely finished before shipping.

Returns & Refunds

All artworks are handmade and limited edition; therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will provide instructions for return shipping (at our expense) and issue a refund or replacement once the item is received.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
